A Complete Guide for Key Users
As a key user, you may be wondering where to start to set up the settings in the Employee Module as this module is considered a foundation for other operational modules such as leave, attendance, payroll, and claim.

1. Send Worksy Invitation to Employees
First of all, you may need to send an activation link to your employees in order to open a Worksy account by themselves.

2. User Accounts & Access Right
Then, you need to define the user role of an employee which differentiates the screens that they can access from another employee.
Example :
HR Admin = Access to Payroll Process Screen
Employee = Access to My Payroll Screen to view payslip

3. Create Employee Profile
Then create an employee profile either directly on the Employee Directory or by batch create employee using our predefined import template

4. Timeline of Employee Profile
After creating an employee profile, you may need to make sure that all are correct in the employee timeline based on chronological order.

5. Progression Update
If you wanted to add any updated information, confirmation, salary update, resignation and rehire back, you will need to use the Progression Update screen to update it in the employee profile timeline accordingly.

You may proceed to create a Team for your team leaders and their subordinates and can set up access to edit & view certain screens accordingly.
