When “Required Acceptance” is toggled ON in the notice board settings, admins must fill in the Agreement Details section. This ensures employees acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the announcement.

Optionally, admins can require employees to enter their First Name and Last Name before completing the acknowledgement.

Note: If this notice is "Required Acceptance" and the "Notice Board Pop Up Frequency "is set to "Show Every Time" in notice settings, the employee will receive the announcement at every login session on the dashboard until the employee selects Acknowledge. Refer to Notice board pop up behaviour.
In conclusion,
- "Show once" displays the notice only the first time after it's published;
- "Show everytime" displays the notice on every login until the user acknowledges it.
