When “Required Acceptance” is toggled ON in the notice board settings, admins must fill in the Agreement Details section. This ensures employees acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the announcement.
Optionally, admins can require employees to enter their First Name and Last Name before completing the acknowledgement.
With our latest enhancement, if acknowledgement is required, employees will now see two buttons:
Maybe Later: dismisses the pop-up temporarily. The notice will continue to appear every time the user logs in or refreshes the dashboard until acknowledged.
Acknowledge: completes the acknowledgement process and stops the pop-up from appearing again.
