Purpose: When you enable this function, the employee’s user account will be deactivated automatically upon resignation through Progression functions.
Step 1:
On the Left Panel, go to System Setting (a), then go to General (b) and click Company (c).
Step 2:
Type the company in the search bar (d) and select the company.
Step 3:
Once you click the company, you will be brought to the page that displays the company’s information. Click Edit (e), and toggle on the active button(f) for the function Auto Deactivate User After Resignation.
Example:
Before the resignation, the user's account is active.
After resignation through Progression>Resignation, if the above function is enabled, the user account will be automatically deactivated without having HR manually deactivate it.
#Note:
- Once the Worksy account is deactivated, the employee can no longer log in to the Worksy
- Once you enable the Auto-Deactivate Resign employee, HR needs to provide the EA form to the resignee.
