How to create a company?

Step 1


Navigate to Settings(1) > General(2) > Company(3)





Step 2


Click on "Add New" to create a new company in the Worksy. 







Step 3


There are 3 tabs which are General, Bank Account, and Statutory

 

General = Company info, contact, payroll, and Worksy invitation


Bank Account = Company default bank account that they use for payment


Statutory = Statutory settings like LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, and other government statutory. 






Extra Information:


General Tab > Payroll =When we enable the "only show payslip/ EA to employees after payroll period is locked", employees can view the payslip after payroll control has been locked. 



General Tab > Invitation


1) When we enable the "Auto send invitation when creating new employees" the system will auto send the Worksy Invitation to the new employee


2) When we enable "Auto send invitation when updating employee work email" the system will auto send the Worksy Invitation after updating the employee work email.




General Tab > Account Activation = When you enable that button, the system will auto-deactivate the user after resignation. 




General Tab > Request = To control auto cancel request if no approval
