Purpose: Maintain the streamlining of all your tickets in one platform to not mix up with other emails in your inbox to prevent missing out on urgent tickets.
Step 1
To create a Worksy Customer Portal Account, you need to send an email to support@worksy.io
Step 2
Upon the creation of the account, you will receive an invitation email from the Worksy as the below image.
Note: Do check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox.
Step 3
Once clicked on the Freshdesk Link, you will be redirected to another page requesting to create your password.
After filling up the required fields, click Activate and Log In to continue.
Step 4
After successful registration, you will be redirected to the newly created Worksy Customer Account as the below image.
You may notice there are a few features that the page consists of as below :
a) Browse Articles: User guide articles that you may find in the Need Help floating widget on the Worksy website
b) View All Tickets: To have an overview of all the tickets that you have submitted to the support till date
c) Submit A Ticket: Create ticket
Step 5
In order to raise a new ticket, you need to click on Submit A Ticket. Then, fill up all the compulsory details such as Requester, CC ( optional), Subject, Question Type, Category, and Description. You may attach a file or picture together with your query as a supporting document.
Next, by clicking Submit your ticket will be sent to our Customer Support.
Step 6
You may check all your ticket status by clicking on "View All Tickets".
There are four Ticket Statuses you will notice when you open one of the raised ticket at the right tab as below:
- Open - Your ticket is received by Customer Support
- Pending - Your ticket is handled by Customer Support
- Resolved - Your raised issue has been resolved
- Closed - Your ticket has been closed
Step 7
You may navigate to https://worksy.freshdesk.com/support/home to sign in to the Worksy Customer Portal Account whenever you wanted to follow up with your tickets' progress
