Navigate to Report (1) > Payroll (2) > Payroll Acknowledgement Report (3)
Step 2
This report will show you an overview summary for you to monitor whether your staff has already seen the payslip.
Directory:
(1) Select the month and year
(2) Choose your pay cycle
(3) Status Statistic - From here you can view the statistics of the 'Payslip Acknowledgment'
(4) Overall Status
(5) Status by Department, Category, Job Grade, and so on.
(6) Send Reminder - If you notice that your employees have not viewed or acknowledged the payslip, you can send them a reminder
Step 3
This is where you can filter information statuses:
(a) All
(b) Not viewed
(c) Viewed
(d) Acknowledged
