1. [Leave] Auto-Encash Replacement Leave & Annual Leave (Year End)

• Manage the Leave Encashment during year-end leave processing 

        - Supports leave encashment linked to Payroll

2. [Claim] Claim Group Limit

• Manage claim limits using claim grouping

    - Allows sharing of claim items across claim items within the same group

Path: Setting > Claim > Claim Group

3. [Payroll] Consolidate Payslip

• Automatically generate a consolidate payslip when more than one payroll cycle is processed

         - Additional payslip consolidates information from multiple payroll cycles

        - Feature is configurable via settings.

Enable via:

Setting > General > Company - Toggle On "Enable Consolidated Payslip"

Reflected in :

• Payroll > My Payslip
• Payroll > Payroll Review (Preview Payslip)
• Payroll > Payment > Individual Payslip

4. [Attendance] Employee Clocking Reminder

• Configure clocking reminders for specific employee groups.

- Clocking reminder settings are available in Schedule configuration.

- Example: Clock-in reminder 5 minutes before shift start to prevent missed clock-ins.

5. [Payroll] Custom User Selection for Payroll Submission Files

• Allows custom employee selection when generating submission files, including:

  • Bank files

  • Statutory bank files

  • Government statutory files

6. [Core] Worksy PDPA Login Acknowledgement

• Enhanced privacy and security during login.

  • PDPA acknowledgement is required during first-time login.

7. [Claim] Claim Entitlement Generation

• Generate claim entitlements based on yearly generation.

  • Claim items created in the current year can be reprocessed to generate prior-year entitlements.

8. [Payroll] Payroll Reports Updated to HRDF Base

All payroll reports now reflect to HRDF Base
