Set Up a Payslip Acknowledgement in 'My Payslip'

Purpose: To encourage employees for viewing the payslip



Step 1


Navigate through - Setting > Payroll > Payroll Policy > General > Employee Self Service Policy




Step 2



Under 'Employee Self Service Policy', you can set up the 'Payslip Acknowledgement' by enabling a few functions.


Require Acknowledgement - By enabling this function, your staff will receive a 'Payslip Acknowledgment'.



Require Filled in First & Last Name - By enabling this function, your staff will need to include their first & last name to review the 'Payslip Acknowledgment'. 


Auto reminder - By enabling this function, an auto reminder will be prompted when the payslip is released. You can also set a reminder according to your preferred number of days, as shown below.

You will find the "Acknowledge" (1) box on top of your payslip:
