Employee Info on Payslip: Card Info Display

Each payslip includes a header section displaying Employee InfoIn Worksy, this section is also referred to as Card Info Display.


Displaying employee info on the payslip helps with:

  • Quick employee identification
  • Faster reference for verification and audits


You can choose which information appears in this section by enabling or hiding fields based on your company’s preferences.

Available Fields in Card Info Display

You can choose to show or hide the following fields:

  1. Gender
  2. Race
  3. Nationality
  4. Service Year
  5. Employment Status
  6. Employment Type
  7. Branch
  8. Division
  9. Department
  10. Line
  11. Section
  12. Job Category
  13. Job Grade


Note: Only 8 items can be displayed on the payslip at a time.



Follow the steps below to manage Employee Info displayed on your company payslip.

Step 1

Navigate to the left menu, and click on Setting (a) > Payroll (b) > Payroll Policies (c).



Step 2

You’ll see a list of existing payroll policies. Click on the one you wish to configure its Card Info Display. 


The Card Info Display is part of the payroll policy settings because policies are assigned to employees. When payroll is processed, the system applies the assigned policy to generate each employee's payslip, including fields that appears in the Employee Info section.



Step 3

On the General Settings tab, click the Edit button.


Then scroll down to find the Employee Self Service Policy section.


Step 4

Under the Employee Self Service Policy section, you'll see a Card Info Display box. This is where you select which information to show or hide in the Employee Info section of the payslip.



Step 5

Click on the toggle buttons next to each category to control visibility:

  • Blue = Visible on the payslip
  • Grey = Hidden



Step 6

Once you’ve made the necessary updates, click Save to apply the changes.
