There are two possible causes for this issue:
1) Check on the timeline for pay mode in the Employee Profile
Navigate to Employee > Employee Profile > Employment > Pay Mode(Hourly)
2) Check individual attendance for possible absenteeism
Kindly check the attendance if you noticed the hourly pay is not enough on the payslip. Navigate to Attendance > Individual Attendance.
