Staff Cannot Clock In

Scenario: My staff cannot clock in.


Your staff cannot clock in because they clock in/out outside the radius.



What do you need to do?


1) Staff to redo the clock within a radius, or wait for the device GPS to fully load within the radius.

2) If the issue persists, HR needs to increase the radius in the Location Setting.

3) Navigate to Setting > Attendance > Location
