Missing clock data in attendance but got raw data

  • The clock is not recorded in the clock data because staff clock out outside of the range in shift setting.


In this situation, need to check in the Shift Setting > Earliest In and Latest Out


Step 1


Navigate to Setting(1) > Attendance(2) > Shift(3)



Step 2


You need to adjust the Earliest In and Latest Out of your staff shift whether by increasing it or reduce it.
