Step 1
On your left menu, go to Attendance. Then click Batch Clock In/Out under Batch.
Step 2
Select a date that you wish to put the clock in/out for your staff.
Select the clocking entry
Choose either clock in or clock out by clicking on the options
Choose the location
Put Remarks if any
Then click Continue
Step 3
Next, click on the Condition tab. Then, choose your staff either by All Employee or By Conditions (department, location, company, etc.) before clicking Continue.
Step 4
Narrow down your selected staff by including/excluding a few of them by clicking on the switch button.
Step 5
After you click the process, you will be brought to the final page of the successful batch process of the clock in/out for your staff
