Why is My Clock Data Captured as The Next / Wrong Day?

This will happen when your staff clocks in early or clocks out late by more than 2 hours from their intended shift time.

What To Do If You Encounter This Issue:

Refer to your Shift Settings to check on the Earliest In and Late Out setup.

You will need to set up the earliest-in and late-out times if you want to allow your staff to be early in (clock in early) or late out (clock out late) by more than 2 hours from their intended shift time.

Navigate to Setting (a) > Attendance (b) > Shift Setting (c) > Edit > Set the Earliest in and Late out (d) > Save

Refer to the images shown below:

Enable the Manual Earliest and Latest Clock - The system will automatically sort all clocking times between the earliest clock-in time and the latest clock-out time by including it in the current shift.

Once you are finished setting up the Manual Earliest and Late-Out Clock, click 'Save'.

Lastly, to ensure that the new setting tallies with attendance, you will have to Batch Process > Reset Clock
