Possible Cause: There is no approver workflow in the claim group. Thus, the claim request does not show any approver workflow at the end of the tab
Solution: Fill up the Custom Approval Route field in the claim group
Step 1
On the left menu, go to Settings. Then, click Claim Group under Claim
Step 2
Fill up the Custom Approval Route with the approver workflow the staff was assigned to. Click Save.
