Viewing Claim Summary on Dashboard

Note: My Claim Summary widget is only available to the staff who is given access to 

Purpose of My Claim Summary widget

This widget allows an employee to view their claim summary by year, month, and claim type. It also provides additional information about the claim like the requested date of the claim. Staff also can check their claim according to the statuses (Approved, Rejected, and Pending). An employee can also view the claim limit allocated to them for each claim item they are entitled to.


Where can you find the My Claim Summary widget?


Step 1

Go to the Dashboard and click Settings on the top right corner of your page as shown below.

Next, select the My Claim Summary widget by clicking on it and proceed to click Save.



How to use the My Claim Summary widget?

Step 1

Once the widget has been activated, your 'My Claim Summary' widget will be displayed as below. With this widget, you will be able to cycle through multiple views, such as Year, Month, or Type by clicking on the drop-down button in the top right corner as shown below.




Step 2

You are also able to view the previous year's claim summary by clicking on the left and right arrow buttons located at the top right corner as shown below.



Step 3

View option by month gives you quite a range of details of your claims. 

You are able to check the requested date and other details of the claim by clicking on the arrow button of each claim.


Step 4

Once you have clicked on the arrow button, you will be brought to another tab as shown below. You can view the claim group, transaction date, amount, and also the limit cap for the claim set by the management
