Why Approved Leave Cannot be Cancelled?

Reason: The approved leave cannot be withdrawn to avoid the salary being deducted due to Shift Absenteeism.


Thus It will prompt a reminder dialogue box as below will appear when the employee tried to withdraw the approved leave,



The leave request that has been approved cannot be withdrawn by the employee and if they wish to delete needs to be done by their supervisor or HR Admin to delete it from their end in the leave history.




Step 1


On the left menu, select Leave > Leave History. 





Step 2


After choosing the Leave History, proceed to choose an Employee.


Click Edit on the top right of the page and choose which leave type. 




Step 3


Scroll down to see the leave history details and click the trash button to delete the particular leave record.


Step 4

Click Delete Leave to confirm delete the leave record.
