Overview of Batch Functions in the Leave Module

Modified on Thu, 31 Jul at 6:41 PM

The Batch submodule under the Leave module functions as bulk-processing tools for HR teams to manage leave records across multiple employees efficiently.

These features are especially useful when handling exceptional cases, correcting errors, or performing manual adjustments outside the usual leave application and approval process.

The Batch submodule includes the following tools:

1. Batch Leave

  • Batch Leave Entitlement: To adjust (increase/reduce) leave entitlement balances

  • Batch Leave History: To manually insert leave records into employee leave history

2. Batch Delete Entitlement

  • To completely remove leave entitlement from selected employees

3. Batch Delete Leave

  • To delete approved leave records, which restores the corresponding leave balance
