How can I edit leave records on behalf of employee?

Step 1

On the left menu, go to Leave. Then, click on Leave History.


Note: Once clicked, you will be brought into the employee’s leave history details page as shown below.


Step 2

On the left side of the page, select or search up an employee using the search bar.


Note: Once you have selected an employee, you will see that employee’s leave history page as displayed below.


Step 3

To edit a leave record for an employee, click Edit on the top right corner of the page. Then, on the top part of the page, select the leave type that you wish to amend by clicking on the  “Type: Medical Leave” box.


Step 4

Once you have selected the leave type, the entitlement display accordingly showing the employee’s current entitlement for that specific leave type.


Note: As you scroll down, you will be able to see the leave history details for the leave type you have selected previously.


Step 5

To edit an employee’s leave history record, click on the pencil icon under approver remarks as shown below.


Note: Once you click on the pencil icon, there will be another screen that appears from the right showing the leave history details. You are able to change whichever details in here that you wish to change.


Step 6

Once you have changed the information that you want to change, simply click Save and the bottom of the screen.

Now, you will be brought to the previous screen and you will be able to see the amended record.
