Method 1: Incomplete Entry Request
Step 1
Instruct the employee to go to My Request and submit an Incomplete Entry request.
Your employee can refer to this guide: Submitting Incomplete Clock Entry Request

Once approved, the clock-out method will be reflected in Individual Attendance. The Incomplete tag will also disappear.
Method 2: Manual Clock-out through Attendance Review
Step 1
On the left menu, go to Attendance (a) > Attendance Review (b) > Incomplete Entry (c).
Step 2
Select the date range and find the affected employee's incomplete entry. Click on the pencil icon to begin editing.
Step 3
Click on No Clock Data.
The Add Clock Data button will appear, click it.
Enter the correct Clock Details as necessary.
Once all the details are correctly filled, click Save.
The Individual Attendance now shows clock-out time and its Clock Method as Manual. The Incomplete tag has also disappeared.
Method 3: Manual Clock-out through Individual Attendance
HR or Admin can directly edit employee's clock data through Individual Attendance screen.
