Step 1
Navigate to Attendance (a) > Attendance (b) > Dury Roster Weekly (c)
Step 2
Search an employee name at the search bar(d) or select a bunch of employees at the Select Employee (e). Then navigate to a date that has PH.

Step 3
Click on the shift that you wish to assign on top of the PH and click on the Holiday box to assign it accordingly.
Step 4
You will notice the Holiday box turned into the shift you have assigned and a small triangle box on the corner of the box.
The triangle icon at the corner indicates that a shift is assigned on top of non-working day ( PH, OD, RD)
Step 5
In attendance, the shift timing will automatically show as Pre-Approved Overtime. When staff Clock In and Out, it will captured the overtime accordingly.
