Team Attendance Widget on Dashboard

Note: The team Attendance widget is only applicable to the staff who were given access to.

Purpose of Team Attendance widget 

This widget enables upper-level staff (manager/supervisor etc.) who have subordinates that report to them to view their daily attendance according to the assigned shift.


Where you can find Team Attendance widget?

Step 1

Go to the Dashboard and click Settings on the top right corner of your page as shown below. 


Step 2

Then select the Team Attendance widget by clicking on it before proceeding to Save




How to use the Team Attendance widget?


Step 1

This is what the Team Attendance widget looks like. You are able to choose which date of attendance you wish to see


Step 2

You are able to choose the shift that was assigned on the selected date from the drop-down list when you click the shift field.

Step 3

On the Team Attendance widget, you will come across five (5) tabs and four of them have their own color icons. The functions of the tabs are listed below:

  • Expected: The total expected staff to be present on the assigned shift on the selected date

  • Present (green icon): The total staff actually present on the selected date

  • Short (orange icon): The total staff that has early out/late in on the selected date

  • Leave (blue icon): The total staff who were on leave on the selected date

  • Absent (red icon): The total staff who were absent and not come to work on the selected date


Step 4

When you click on the Expected tab, you can see the colored icon on each staff that represents different statuses.


Step 5

You are able to click on each staff to see their attendance details.
