My staff is not getting the full range salary although payroll is being processed monthly

Possible cause #1: Cut-off period range to be captured in payroll is not defined.

To resolve this issue, refer to how to define the payroll cut-off date period


Possible cause #2: Admin has not approved employee’s attendance yet

To resolve this issue, refer to how to approve lock shift by batch


Possible cause #3: Proration issue due to the wrong effective date assigned

To resolve this issue, delete the wrongly assigned effective date, and then create a new one.


Step 1: Employee profile > Select employee 


Step 2: Go to Timeline tab > Edit > Delete 


Step 3: Go to Employee > Progression > Update


Step 4: Change the effective date > Update Employee
