Downloading statutory forms: SIP2

Note: The SIP2 form is the new employee registration form that employers submit to PERKESO.

Step 1

On your homepage, go to your left menu, and click on Payroll(1) > Form(2) > |Borang SIP2(3).

Step 2

Double-click on the company name to select.

Step 3

Click on the three vertical buttons as shown in the screenshot below, and then on Print.

Step 4

Then, on the print layout screen, click Save as PDF. 

Lastly, click on Save to download a PDF copy.
