Downloading statutory forms: PCB2

Note: The PCB II Form is the statement of tax payment (to LHDN) done by the employer on behalf of employees for the processed payroll year. The statement will show the breakdown of tax deducted and paid to LHDN and the breakdown by the month. It also includes the additional tax deduction of CP38, if any.

Step 1

On your homepage, go to your left menu, and click on Payroll(1) > Form(2) > LHDN PCB II Form(3).

Step 2

Select the employee and the payroll year.

Step 3

Click on the three vertical buttons as shown in the screenshot below. Then, click Print.

Step 4

Then, on the print layout screen, click Save as PDF. Lastly, click on Save to download the PDF copy.
