Downloading statutory forms: BBCD

Note: BBCD is the Borang Bayaran Caruman Bulanan that employers submit to EPF together with the diskette submission. This form is a summary of all contributions. 

Currently, relevant to Borang A as a reference. 

Step 1

On your homepage, go to your left menu, click on Payroll(1) > Form(2) > EPF BBCD Form(3)

Step 2

Double-click on the company name to select.

Step 3

Click on the three vertical buttons as shown in the screenshot below, and then on Print.

Step 4

Then, on Destination, click Save as PDF. Lastly, click on Save to download a PDF copy.
