1. Add New Question Type in LMS Survey
- Editors can now set up custom fields (max 5): Family Name, Relationship, and Job
– Users can fill in details for each family member
– Users can click “Add Another” to add more family members
– Users can remove any family member entry if needed
– Users can click “Add Another” to add more family members

2. Enhance Employee Lateness Report
- Add "Lateness in Frequency" checkbox
- When this is checked, the report will show how many times the employee was late (not the total minutes, but how often)
3. Display Payslip Employment Info Based on Employee Timeline
- Employment details in payslip now reflect the employee’s timeline (e.g., changes in job title, department, etc. during the payroll period)

4. Enable Leave Display Setting in Leave Type
- You can now control where each leave type appears in the payslip leave balance section:
– First – Displays on the first row
– Second – Displays on the second row
– Others – Displays from the third row onward
(Applies to payslip template 2: Advance Layout only)
