This guide explains how to assign an onboarding template individually from the Onboarding Template screen.
Note:
If you change the hire date after assigning the template, you need to unassign and reassign. System will detect overdue based on original template assignation date.
Step 1
Go to On/Offboarding (a) > Onboarding (b) > Onboarding Template (c).
Step 2
From the onboarding template listing, find the relevant template and click the Assign icon.

Step 3
Select whether you want to assign the template to a New Employee or an Existing Employee.
For New Employee

- The system will list employees whose hire date is within the last 6 months from the current date.
- Select the Onboarding Start Day: Hire Date / Immediately / One week before hire date / One month before hire date / Custom date
- If Custom date is selected, a calendar will be enabled for you to choose a specific date.
For Existing Employee

- The system will list all employees in the system.
- The Onboarding Start Day is limited to Custom date. Select a specific date for the employee to start onboarding.
Step 4
Click Assign.
A confirmation pop-up will appear indicating that the onboarding template has been assigned successfully.
