Monthly Payroll Detail Report for Individual and Whole Company

There are two types of monthly payroll reports you can generate: 


Step 1 and Step 2 are different for each report type depending on whether you're generating a report for one company or multiple companies. From Step 3 onward, the process is the same for both reports.


Below is a step-by-step guide to generate monthly payroll report.



Monthly Payroll Detail Report (single company)


Step 1

On the left menu, go to Reports (a) > Payroll (b) > Monthly Details (c).



Step 2

Fill in all the details

  • Company
  • Payroll Period
  • Grouped by: Choose how to organize the report (e.g. Department, Division, Branch)
  • Pay Cycle
  • Payment Date
  • Data Display Controls:  Select what to show or hide in the report (e.g. Full Salary, Variance, Hide BIK)



Monthly Payroll Detail Report II (multiple companies)


Step 1

On the left menu, go to Reports (a) > Payroll (b) > Monthly Details II (c).




Step 2

Fill in all the details

  • Company: Multiple companies selection allowed
  • Payroll Period
  • Grouped by: Choose how to organize the report (e.g. Department, Division, Branch)
  • Pay Cycle
  • Payment Date
  • Data Display Controls: Option to tick/untick “Subtotal & Grand Total Only”




Step 3

Go to the Advance tab to choose the employees to include:

  • All Available Users: Selects all employees across the company
  • Manual Selections: Select employees one by one




Once you're ready, click Generate Report.



Step 4

The Monthly Payroll Detail Report will be generated based on your selections.



The Monthly Payroll Detail Report II will be generated based on your selections. 




Use the three-dot menu at the top of the report to:

  • Print
  • Print with options


Click the FILTER button to return to the selection screen (Step 2), where you can update any fields or settings before re-generating the report.
