1. [Payroll] Enable Payslip Template Preview in Company Settings

  • User can view sample of payslip templates.
  • Path: Setting › General › Company › General: Payroll

2. [Payroll] New Payslip Templates: Detailed Layout 2 & Detailed Layout 3

  • Detailed Layout 2 (Payroll Info + Unlimited Leave Types + Unlimited BIK)
– Includes company's registration number in the payslip header.
– Designed to handle longer or more detailed payroll items.
  • Detailed Layout 3 (Payroll Info + Unlimited Leave Types)
– Same as Detailed Layout 2 but without BIK.

3. [Payroll] Rename Payslip Templates

  • Template name changes:
– Detailed Layout → Advanced Layout (Payroll Info + 2 Leave Types + Unlimited BIK)
– Advanced Layout → Detailed Layout 1 (Payroll Info + Unlimited Leave Types + Unlimited BIK)
– Basic Layout remains unchanged.

4. [Payroll] New Monthly Payroll Summary Reports

  • Monthly Payroll Summary Report by Department.
  • Monthly Payroll Summary Report by Individual.
  • Path: Setting › User Account › Access Right › Report: Payroll

5. [Payroll] Bank Submission: Maybank2E

  • The latest version 7.3 is now available.
  • Path: Payroll › Payment › Submission

6. [Leave & Claim] Enhance Custom Approval Route

  • Settings: Leave Type, Time Off Type, Unpaid Leave, Replacement Leave, and Claim Group.
– Toggle on to enable single or multiple workflows.
– Single: Bypass employee's approval workflow set in Setting › General › Approval.
– Multiple: System checks multiple workflows in priority order and applies the first match.

7. [Attendance] Clocking Pairing Method by Day Type

  • Enable different clock pairing methods for different day types
  • Path: Setting › Attendance › Schedule › Attendance
