Enable Next Year Leave Calendar for Leave Application

Modified on Mon, 17 Nov at 4:01 PM

To enable leave application for the next year (2026) in 2025, the leave entitlement for 2026 must be generated in advance to facilitate the request. Please take note of the following:
  1. Leave entitlements generated for 2026 can only be applied to leave dates within 2026.
  2. Leave entitlements generated for 2025 are exclusively for use within 2025.

For detailed guidance on manually generating leave entitlements for 2026, please refer to the following article:

Alternatively, if you prefer to allocate just the Brought Forward balance at the start of 2026—allowing employees to apply for leave in 2026 without generating the new entitlement yet—you can enable the next year's leave calendar in advance. This approach ensures that 2026 leave applications are accommodated effectively. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to this article:

Step 1

On your dashboard, go to your left menu, click on the leave icon, and then go to Generate Entitlement.

Step 2

You will be redirected to this page, click on what kind of leave you would like to generate leave entitlement for and click continue.

Step 3

You can choose what category of employees you would like to generate entitlement for and then click continue. This could be categorised into different departments, gender or even marital status. Click continue on the bottom right when you are done.

Step 4

You can further narrow down your choice for which employees you want to generate entitlement for, on this page. Click the blue process button on the bottom right of your page to continue after you are done selecting your employees.

Step 5

You are done processing entitlements for your employees. Congrats!

You may confirm the generated leave on Leave > Leave History.
