1. [Payroll] AmBank DuitNow

  • DuitNow file format added for bank submission.
  • Path: Payroll › Payment › Bank/Statutory Submission

2. [Payroll] UOB New Bank File Formats

  • XML and UFF file formats added for bank submission.
– In line with UOB latest instructions about the updated file format for payment processing.
– Please reach out to your company's UOB representative for guidance.

3. [Payroll] Add CIMB Bank File Formats

  • CSV and XML file formats added for bank submission.

4. [Payroll] Added Tax Rebate

  • Allow to direct deduction of PCB amount when there is tax rebate keyed in for Zakat and Levy.
– Tax rebate for Zakat/Fitrah
– Tax rebate for Levy Umrah
  • Path: Payroll › Transaction › Tax Rebate (enable access in Access Right first)

5. [Payroll] New Payroll Reports with Breakdown

  • New payroll reports with earnings and deduction breakdown
– Monthly Summary Details (By Department)
– Monthly Summary Details (By Individual)
  • Path: Report › Payroll (enable access in Access Right first)

6. [Leave] Enhancement: Leave History (Interactive) Report

  • When "Split Leave Based on Date Range" is enabled, data will follow the selected range.
– Example: If a leave record is from 28/8 to 5/9 and the user selects 1/8 to 31/8 as the date range, the report will only show 28/8 to 31/8. The portion from 1/9 to 5/9 will not appear.
  • Path: Reports › Leave › Leave History (Interactive)

7. [Leave] Display Requester's Leave Balance in Email

  • Approvers can now view the requester’s leave balance directly in the leave approval email.

8. [Leave] Brought Forward Leave Expiry Day

  • Leave history will show the nearest brought forward leave expiry date.
  • Path: Leave › Leave History › Explanation button

9. [Core] Notice Board Emailing

  • When a new notice is created with email notification enabled, the system will send the notification based on the start date.
– If the notice start date is backdated, the email is sent immediately, provided the creation date is still within the notice start and end period.

10. [Core] Notice Board Acknowledgement

  • A pop-up behaviour is implemented for notices.
– If "Require Acknowledgement" is enabled, the notice will continue to pop up until the user acknowledges.
– If "Require Acknowledgement" is disabled, the notice will pop up only once.

11. [Core] Regional Time Zone for Clocking

  • Timezone is now available in Location.
– Assign work locations in the employee’s profile, clocking will follow the time zone set in location setting.
  • Path: Settings › Attendance › Location › Add New

12. [Core] 2026 Malaysia Holidays

  • Holidays for the year 2026 have been added to the system calendar.
– Admins can review or edit the calendar to include company-specific holidays if needed.
  • Path: Settings › General › Holiday › Malaysia

13. [Core] Monthly Headcount Report

  • Display all active headcounts across different modules.
  • Auto-generated by Worksy on the last day of each month.
  • Path: Reports › Employee › Monthly Headcount

14. [Core] Enable/Disable System Label

  • Added a toggle to enable/disable system label display in the system interface.
  • Path: Settings › General › System Label

15. [Attendance] Enable Import and Export Duty Roster

  • Users can now import or export duty roster data.
  • Path: Utility › Import/Export Tool › Attendance

16. [LMS] New Certificate Template

  • Template 3 introduced with cleaner font for improved readability.
  • Path: Learning › Setting › Certificate Template
