Worksy system is not available to delete those staff who have processed payroll or assigned schedule staff. This is because system needs to keep track of all the history record from this profile for checking purposes.

If you are no longer using this particular account, we recommend keeping it for a potential future use, either for new employees or as a testing account.
This way, the account can be recycled and utilized efficiently within the system.To recycle the account to a new joiner, please follow the steps below:
Recycle Tester Account
1. To recycle the employee's profile, please assign a different schedule (test/dummy schedule) to the profile. How to Add / Edit Staff Schedule
2. Once a new joiner uses the recycled profile, kindly edit the hiring date accordingly in the timeline tab. The new hiring date will be reflected as usual. Refer to FAQ: Edit Employment Details in Employee Profile Timeline
However, do take note that the new hiring date can only be amended provided that there was no progression update made on that profile previously. Fix “Cannot Select a Hire Date That Is After Any Progression Record” Error
Sample error message prompts if the hired date is amended after the progression record.

If you encounter a similar error message as above, delete all the previous progression updates first before proceeding to enter the new hire date.
