Why covering person unable to approve work covering request?

If a leave request has been included to add a covering person in the leave request, the covering person should have given view and edit permission via access right to approve the covering person request.

 

Sample error message prompts if the covering person does not have access to approve work covering


 

To ensure the work covering person can approve the request, please follow the below steps:

 

Step 1

 

On your homepage, go to your left menu then click on Settings > User Account > Access Rights.

Find the staff’s user role (for example, Admin, Manager, Supervisor, and Employee)


 

 

Step 2


Select User role > Click “Edit”> Right Menu > My Approval > Tick “view and edit” for work covering click Save on the top right corner to finish.
