LHDN CP8D Form

Form CP8D or Borang CP8D is a declaration report and contains details of the employer's company and a list of remuneration paid to each employee in a financial year.   

How to generate the CP8D form from Worksy:

Step 1

On the left menu, go to Payroll (a) > Payment (b) > LHDN CP8D Annual Submission (c)

Step 2

On the CP8D screen, select the Company and the Year.

Once selected, you may choose either:

• Generate Excel - for review and checking
• Generate CP8D / Text File - for LHDN e-Filing upload

Important: Employee inclusion in the CP8D output depends on the selected generation option.

• If generating with Tax Number only, only employees with a valid Income Tax / PCB number in Employee Profile > Bank & Statutory > Income Tax will be included.

• If the "Include all employees without income tax number" is ticked, the system will include both employees with and without Tax Number.

• If an employee is missing from the output, verify that their IC number is not duplicated, as duplicate records may cause one entry to be excluded.

In this example:

Child Relief Value (Bilangan Pelepasan Anak Yang Layak)

The Bilangan pelepasan anak yang layak value in CP8D follows the employee’s tax profile setting.

Path: Employee > Dorectory > Profile > Bank & Statutory > Income Tax.

Example

If the employee is:

• Married
• Has 5.00 eligible children

The CP8D Excel output will reflect the same value accordingly.

Reminder: Please upload the generated CP8D text file to the LHDN e-Filing portal on or before 31 March every year.
