If you see this prompt message below, this means you do not have the access right for "batch lock shift". This prompt happen on both Individual Attendance or Daily Attendance screens.
Step 1
On your homepage, go to your left menu, click on the Settings(a) icon and click on User Account(b), scroll down to Access Right(c).
Step 2
Choose the particular Role(a) and click Edit(b) and choose Attendance(c)
Step 3
Choose the Batch(a) section and tick on the Batch Lock Shift (b) checkbox to view and edit and click Save (c).
Note: Only a few users are able to view the Access Right screen in the system. For further clarification, contact your HR Head or support.
