Error Upon Batch Locking Attendance

The R&D Team has created a section in the access right to allow a particular role to approve shifts by batch. 


The error message below will be popped up if the access was not been given.


Step 1


On your homepage, go to your left menu, click on the Settings(a) icon and click on User Account(b), scroll down to Access Right(c).




Step 2


Choose the particular Role(a) and click Edit(b) and choose Attendance(c)




Step 3


Choose the Batch(a) section and tick on the Batch Lock Shift (b) checkbox to view and edit and click Save (c).



Note: Only a few users are able to view the Access Right screen in the system. For further clarification, contact your HR Head or support.
