The Worksy Unpaid Leave Calculation is per day.
Being said that the payroll item calculates rounding for one unit of payment or deduction.
The rounding only applies to one unit and not to the result of the accumulation of figures.
Kindly refer to the below breakdown as an example:
Basic Salary = RM 1500
8/11/2022 = 0.5 days = 1500/26 x 0.5 = RM 28.85
23/11/2022 = 0.5 days = 1500/26 x 0.5 = RM 28.85
Total UPL = RM 57.70
