Disabling Attendance Requirement for Individual (Enable Exception)

Purpose: Users such as C levels or Directors may not be required to track their attendance, so this feature allows you to prevent the system from labeling them as coming to work late or appearing absent.


Step 1


Start by navigating to the Schedule Library by following steps 1-3 below. 


Once you are on the schedule screen, pick the schedule that is assigned to these specified users, as the control of this function is based on a specified schedule.




Step 2


Once arrived at the selected schedule, click on Edit(4), and you will find the setting display on (5) as shown below:


  • Active: The system will assign Lateness or Absent
  • Inactive: The system will not assign Lateness or Absent.


When you are done, make sure to click on Save(4).
