Prevent Employees From Viewing the Latest Payslip/EA if Pay Cycle is Not Locked

Purpose: Prevent your employees from viewing the latest payslip/EA form if the recently processed pay cycle is not locked.

Step 1

Navigate to Settings (1) > General (2) > Company (3):

Step 2

Select an existing company from the listing on the left. Then, click 'General' (4) and enable the feature to "Only show payslip / EA Form to employees after payroll period is locked" (5).
