Function: To assign shifts by day type in the Individual Attendance. This function work as Duty Roster. Especially when you wanted to assign shifts during Public Holiday / Off day / Rest Day.
* Note: If you assign shifts by using individual attendance, the shift will not reflect there. However, you can view the shift by using the duty roster.
**By doing this method will prevent Public Holiday from missing in the Duty Roster whenever you assign a shift directly from Individual Attendance.
Step 1
Navigate to the Attendance(1) > Individual Attendance(2).
Step 2
You can allocate a new shift under a Day Type such as:
- Work Day
- Off Day
- Rest Day
- Public Holiday
By allocating a new shift under a Day Type such as Public Holiday, Rest Day, and Off Day, Pre-Approved OT will auto captured.
Step 3
Under Shift Details, click Edit shift detail.
Step 4
Select employee’s shift options that you wish to change and click Apply on top of your right side.
(a) Day Type: Work Day
(b) Day type: Public Holiday /Rest Day/ Off Day
Step 4
Once you assign a shift on:
(a) Day Type: Work Day
This is a shift without pre-approved OT.
(b) Day Type: Public Holiday/ Rest Day / Off Day
This is a shift with Pre-Approved OT.
Note: In order to get the Pre-Approved OT, make sure your assigned shift has Pre-Approved OT in the shift setting.
