Here are a few possibilities behind the missing OT:

1) Check the OT rate

Navigate to Attendance > Individual Attendance > Check the OT rate of the staff

2) OT Approval

Check whether the OT request has been approved or is still in the pending tab.

3) Check the OT formula or setting in the Payroll Policy

Navigate to Setting > Payroll > Payroll Policy > General > Overtime

* If you set the maximum overtime hour in a month = When the employees' OT exceed the maximum  OT in a month their OT will not be captured in the payslip but captured in the Individual Transaction

4) Check the entitled OT salary in the Payroll Policy

Navigate to Setting > Payroll > Payroll Policy > General > Overtime

* If you set the entitled overtime as salary is not more than = the OT will calculate until the entitled salary

5) Check the maximum amount for overtime calculation

Navigate to Setting > Payroll > Payroll Policy > General > Overtime

*If you set this setting, the OT calculation will follow until reaching the maximum amount for the Salary+Earning

6) Pending Status of the Attendance Records

Try to use the Batch Lock Shift feature or lock the necessary attendance records to enable the OT to be pulled into the payroll
