Creating Performance Appraisal Flow Template

Step 1

To create Apprisal Flow Template, you will first need to navigate to the page as below

Once you arrived on the page, the screen will be displayed as below. Start by selecting Appraisal (4) on the left column, and you will be able to find the the existing template on (5). To create a new template click on Add New (6).


Step 3

Once you arrived on the Add New Page, start by giving this template a name(7).  Next, click on (12) to pick the first Appraiser for this specificed Appraisal Flow template, a drawer will appear from the right, and you will find a list (9) of conditions or users you may select as Appraiser. Keep in mind that you may only select 1 appraiser per level. 

  • Level 1 Supervisor: This is the reporting person for each designated person/appraisee
  • Level 2 Supervisor: Supervisor of Level 1 Supervisor
  • Level 3 Supervisor: Supervisor of Level 2 Supervisor


Once selected click on Confirm (10).



After you added the first level of the appraiser, you may decide if an additional level is needed. If Yes click on (11) for an additional level, and follow the steps above. There are additional options for you to give a different role for the next level as shown in (12). You may also choose to keep someone in the loop by adding them in (13).


Keep in mind that if a level has been assigned with the Reviewer role, the subsequent role will automatically be the Reviewer.



Step 4

When you done adding the appraiser, you may proceed to the next tab, to decide which group of user will be using this Appraisal Flow by clicking on Conditions (14). Once you have setup the condition, click on Next (15), to go to the confirmation page, and click on Save (16) to finalized your changes.
