Setting up Performance Appraisal Module

Setting up Performance Appraisal will vastly depend on your internal processes & component used in formulating your employee's annual final appraisal rating, there are three questions to be answered before we start setting up:


  1. Do you track Goals/KPIs?
  2. Do you measure the Competency of each position?
  3. Do you have other measurable frameworks? (e.g. Culture & Value)


Once you have answered the question above, just follow the designated section below to start setting up your appraisal Module, be sure to follow the guides below in sequence from top to bottom, and not skip any steps in between:


If YES to Q1: Setting up Goals / KPIs :

If YES to Q2/Q3: Setting up Competency / Other Measurable Frameworks

    • The Competency Targets feature allows organizations the ability to set expected skills and associated skill levels for a Team or Role within Skills Base and to track a Team, Role, or Person's progress towards achieving full competency.


Once you have completed the guides above, you will have successfully set up the base for your appraisal module, the next step would be to put these into a template that will be used for your future Appraisal, each template is one Annual Assessment, that can be conducted monthly/quarterly/half-yearly/annually.



Now that you have set up the designated appraisal template, the next thing to do is to assign it to your employees when you are ready for a new cycle of Annual Assessments.



Once you have assigned the appraisal template to your employees, the template will automatically trigger based on your assessment period, you may refer to the guide for Performance Appraisal Activity below:
