Usage of Individual Payroll Transaction Report

Purpose: Act as an audit trail report for all the transactions in the Individual Payroll Transaction



Step 1


Navigate to Report (1)> Payroll(2) > Individual Payroll Transaction(3).



Step 2


To Generate the Individual Transaction Report, you need to select Payroll Month(1) and Pay Cycle(2). 


Choose the Pay Cycle that you want to include in the report.



Step 3


Next, click on the Advanced tab. Then, choose your staff either by All Employee or By Conditions (department, location, company, etc.) before clicking Selected Employee (s) 




Step 4


By generating this report you can see all your employees' transactions at a glance. You can move the column tab to the desired position as you wish. 


As an example, you can move Source(1) to Last Edit By(2) and vice versa.




How it acts as an Audit:


1) You may see the Source Column in the report to view how the transaction was pulled. 
e.g., Manual =The data was added manually; Attendance = Can view the pulled date from attendance

2) We can view who edits the transactions in the Individual Transaction in the Last Edit by column.
