Step 1
Navigate to your left menu, and go to Payroll > Transactions > Payroll Figures Take On
Step 2
The page as shown below will load and you can click to select the employee. Then, toggle to the EA Form year and select the relevant company name. Click on the Edit button to enter the edit mode.
Step 3
You’ll be able to tell if you’re in the Edit mode when the Save and Cancel buttons appear on the top right of the screen as shown below. Besides that, the amount figures will be aligned to the left. Make the changes by keying in the additional/deduced figure in the respective field accordingly, and click Save. To undo, click Cancel.
Note: The amount to be entered in the field will add up to the total figure as processed by payroll processing, and will then be reflected in the corrected EA Form. For example, if the total figure of gross salary processed by payroll is currently RM50, 000.00 and you intend to amend this to the exact figure of RM60, 000.00, key in only the additional amount of RM10, 000.00 in the form under 1(a).
To delete all information in the form altogether, without editing each line individually, you can click on ⋮ icon on the top right of the screen. This is located next to the Cancel button. Then click on Delete.
Step 4:
If you go back to the EA Form which is available at the left navigation under Payroll > Payroll Review > EA Form, you will now be able to see the amendment reflecting accordingly in the employee’s EA Form.
