Claim Request Approval

Step 1

On the right menu, go to My Approval. Then, click Claim. 

Step 2

After clicking into the Claim page, you will be able to view all the claim requests at the All Requests screen.

Step 3

When you click on a request that has yet to be approved, you will be able to see the claim item details, such as claim reason and claim amount.

To approve a claim request, click approve claim. 

To reject a claim request, click reject claim.

Note: For any claim rejection, it is mandatory to fill in the remarks section, indicating the reason for claim rejection. 

Step 4

To approve the claim request, click confirm.
