Copying Shift Pattern in Duty Roster

Step 1

Go to your left menu, and click Attendance. Then, click Duty Roster in the Attendance tab.

Step 2

Once clicked, the Duty Roster page will be displayed below. Select your staff by clicking on the Select Employee function.


Step 3

Click on the “3 dots” icon beside the staff name. You will be able to see four options.


  • Reset Default: You can reset the changes that you have made in the staff shift to the original shift schedule back.

  • Copy: Enable to copy of the entire shift row to be pasted into another staff shift row. You can use it to copy and paste your designated duty roster to a few more employees

  • Paste: Enable us to paste the shift row on the selected staff shift row

  • Clear Shifts: Enable to clear all the shifts on the staff row and leave it blank
