Individual & Bulk Payslip

There are two methods to print out employees' payslips. 

  • Individual Payslip
  • Bulk Payslip

Method 1: Individual Payslip

Step 1

On your homepage, go to Payroll (a) > Payment (b) > Individual Payslip (c)


Step 2

You can select an employee and arrow right and left button to navigate throughout the months or you may click on " 2022" to change the current year.

Click the three dots button on the top right corner of the page to export the payslip into PDF to be saved or downloaded.



Method 2: Bulk Payslip


Step 1

On your homepage, go to Payroll (a) > Payment (b) > Bulk Payslip (c)

Step 2

You will be redirected to this page where you can choose relevant Payroll Period > Payment Date > Pay Cycle and then click Continue.


Step 3

Once you are done selecting, click Next to go to the Conditional tab to select the employees that you would like to process payroll. 

There are 4 types of selection methods ( Section A) as you can see below: 


  • All Available Users: All the employees in the company


  • Teams: The created teams in the company, you may select to view the report by teams


  • Manual Selection: You can one or two employees manually without any filter


  • Import Selections: You may import a set of employee name /ID list


Take note that you may apply a variety of filter options ( section B)  when you select the selection method listed above

Step 4

An entire list of employee payslips will show up and you can click the 3 vertical dots button (top right corner of the page) to print the payslips


Note: For companies with multiple payroll processing in the same month (ie. biweekly run), you will be able to see the latter run payslips arranged below the payslips that ran earlier in the month. Scroll further down to do so.
