Activating HRDF Wage Base Calculation for Fixed Allowances

Step 1

Navigate to the left menu bar and click Setting > Payroll > Payroll Items.

Step 2

Once clicked the Payroll Items, you will be redirected to the below page. Select which earning to be included as an HRDF base.

Step 3

The HRDF setting below is unchecked, which means the payroll item is not included in the HRDF base calculation. Thus, click on Edit (a) and tick the tickbox of HRDF(b) 

Step 5

Click the Save button on the top-right screen in order to save the changes you have made in order to activate the system HRDF wage base calculation.
